We train the athletic qualities that show up on game day. Power, speed, and movement built around your sport, not a generic program.

We started Rise because too many good young athletes were being left to figure it out on their own. We're Canberra-based coaches with backgrounds in personal training and physiotherapy, rooted in soccer with strong connections across rugby league, Aussie rules, and more. Whatever sport you play, the program we build is built for that sport.
